Mesh Around Hunt starts today!

Hey buddies! The Mesh Around hunt starts today at noon SLT, are you excited!? Here’s all your information for participation:

First, paste this link in local chat and join the Ego Co. group: secondlife:///app/group/7dd7674f-7be3-9eb9-2e8f-9474c04f1791/about

Then, go to .evolve. (the first hunt location) and look for a blue “M” that looks like this:

Click the object, and inside will be the hunt item and a landmark for the next hunt location! Lather, rinse, repeat!

There are about a zillion AWESOME stores, and the hunt ends June 15, so definitely start as soon as you can to make sure you get all of these fabulous hunt gifts!

Mesh Around Hunt Previews 2!

Yesterday I told you about the Mesh Around Hunt. Here are a few more items you will find! Hunt starts June 1 and goes through the 15th, so get your monocles and bloodhounds ready!

Isn’t the dress cute!? Also in the pack is one called [melon] and it is WATERMELON colored. It instantly reminded me of Torley Linden, remember him?

This necklace is so cute, too- look, it’s a tiny little panda! It is mesh, but not rigged, so it is re-sizable and re-positionable.

I also wanted to mention this fun expression HUD that I picked up on marketplace. It can change your hand and eye position and it has a variety of facial expressions- AND IT’S FREE! It’s a really useful tool, and you can grab it here.

Mesh Around Hunt Previews!

Hey! I have something fun to tell you about! Now, you may have heard a little bit about this crazy thing called mesh… it’s been around for a while now, and if you know anything at all about SL fashion, you know that mesh is EXPLODING as a design material. So many designers are moving into mesh territory, but there are still quite a few SL residents who are hesitant about mesh. With this in mind, an all-mesh hunt called Mesh Around was born!

This hunt is a GREAT way to grab a few mesh items to try, see how you like them, fall in love with mesh, and then go buy ALL THE MESH EVER!! The hunt will run from June 1-15, and will be grid-wide.  Wanna see a few of the great things that you’ll be able to find?

This fabulous beaded necklace is from Aura. I love it because it is bright and summery and, being mesh, it moves WITH, not THROUGH my av. Also, this adorable skirt from Pepper will be out for you to find. The skirt is rigged, abut the pockets are not, so you can wear one or both (or neither) and you can reposition them if needed. I love all of the details of the items in the pockets. I could definitely see wearing this to the beach, and not having to bring a purse!

Sidebar: I also want to mention this new !lamb hair though it is NOT in the hunt. I seriously love every new mesh release !lamb comes up with. They just keep getting better and better.
