Sukiyaki

Yeah I know you’ve seen this look before, but its the only thing I had to fit the theme. So today I have 3 things from Around the World. If you haven’t gone you should. Sway’s Yuka Asian Relaxation Set is one of the first things I wanted to blog from ATW. The set comes with the cushions, table, table accessories and the plant. There is a screen also in green, but I didn’t see it when I bought so I went to the store and got a pink one to make my top. Ziau’s Geta sandals went perfect with the asian theme and lastly I’m using a pose from the Purple Poses Kate set.

More Costume Ball Goodies. Deviance has Devilish costume available in 8 colors. Includes, horns, pitchfork and flexi tail. I’m also wearing the Pink Fuel Siren skin from the Femme Fatal set. This skin is part of the Alyx skin set that was never a full release. Alyx is probably my fav Pink Fuel skin.

Don’t Cry To Me

Never since I have been in SL has any skin I encountered made me consider wearing a skin tone lighter than sun-kissed. Izzie’s Costume Ball Edition of the Fuyu skin is a beautiful pale shade. I could definitely wear this shade every now and then for something different. The skin pack includes: 2 eyebrow versions (on skin), cleavage and non cleavage version (on skin), nail base for prim nails, 4 lipsticks and 4 lipgloss (tattoo), blush (tattoo), eyebrow shape and body shape (mod/copy). This is perfect for halloween costumes if you want to look very pale and very beautiful.

Seasons Change

If you haven’t checked out the Summer Harvest Hunt you definately should take a look at this page for hints and pics of the hunt items. Bent has a cute autumn pose prop call the Summer Harvest Hunt available. Its 6 poses inside with falling leaves. The poses are well done and most work well with mesh dresses and long tops. If you are on a tight prim budget make sure you have at least 40 prims to rezz this pose prop.

Sakide at Summer Harvest Hunt

The End of Summer Outfits from Sakide is one of the must have items in the Summer Harvest Hunt. You have lots of options: Beige & White outfits including Mesh Canvas Pants, Wrapped Cotton Tops (with sheer version) and a Mesh Stripped Bikini.

Soccer Time with Status

While everyone was getting busy on the basketball courts, doing everything BUT playing basketball, I was practicing my futbol moves. Status Poses released the Soccer pose set for this round of Fluid.  There are 3 poses with ball included for the only L$100. My favorite part about these poses, is they make it look like I know what I’m doing. hehe

Days of Summer

So many things kicked off this weekend, including Mesh Around. Hope you guys are having fun hunting down all the goodies. There is a little something for everyone.  If you are looking for a cute summer patio set, the Summer Dots Patio Set from Trompe Loeil is just perfect. Its a 3 piece set (table not shown) with some basic sitting animations. The whole set is about 7 prims total, which is awesome for those on a tight prim budget.

Mesh Around with Black Rose

Hi guys, Mesh Around is coming real soon. If you are like me still needing a Home and Garden fix after the H&G Expo, Mesh Around has a little something for that. One of the hunt gifts is this beautiful Mermaid Fountain from Black Rose.  First lets talk about prims, always important when it comes to home and garden. The fountain is 34 prims, benches 3 prims each, the tile base and octoganal base 1 prim each. You can rez the fountain with everything together or you can rez individual pieces.  The fountain is mod/copy, but keep in mind if you make it bigger it may increase the land impact.

The textures on the fountain are exquisite. The stone on the benches look very realistic and the stone tiles are high quality. The water is just the right color and there is the optional fountain sounds you can switch on or off on touch.
