The Costume Ball

Well, guys, RL has dictated that I spend almost zero time in SL the last few days, but I sneaked over here really quickly to show you these pretty things!

The Costume Ball, presented my The Ego Co., is open and in full swing and you can find SO MANY really cool things there. You must go. There are sexy costumes, creepy eyes, fabulous poses and skins and hair… Every one of the designers really outdid themselves.

This sexy costume is by Cracked Mirror and was made especially for The Costume Ball. You can wear it with or without the tail, and it comes with horns and a pitchfork! It’s the perfect costume to wear when you want to cause some Halloween mischief.

The skin I’m wearing is by Pink Fuel, and it’s part of the Femme Fatale Skins pack available at The Costume Ball. You may even catch me sporting this skin after Halloween!

This pose is by Purple Poses and is from a pack that is available at… you guessed it… The Costume Ball!

This hair is a new release from Magika, and it is NOT from The Costume Ball. I threw you off there, didn’t I? It is simply an adorable new release. You can’t tell in the photo, but it actually has a cute bandanna tied around the hair like a headband. The hair and bandanna are both color change!

Prism Furniture @ Summer Harvest Hunt

Hey guys! I hope you guys have gotten to start the Summer Harvest Hunt! In case you aren’t aware, the hunt started yesterday (September 1st) and it goes until September 21st! Summer Harvest Hunt Finds!

The Summer Harvest Hunt (<- click for details) starts today! Yesterday, I showed you the great item from BENT, and today I want to show you a few more items!

The top of this dress is system layer clothing, but the skirt is mesh. I think that’s a great thing for people who aren’t fully sold on mesh or have bodies that won’t fit mesh the way it’s being made right now. I really like this necklace, too. Love & Basketball

Clutter @ Fluid

Have you checked out Fluid yet? This is a really cool event. Every two weeks, a new collection of animations, props and furniture is released at Fluid. This rotation, which is out until July 14, is themed “That’s Risque,” and there are some really cute things to be had. This set is called The Dancer’s Dressing Room and both the screen and chair contain poses. The chair, screen, and rug are all included in the set. Mesh Around Hunt, etc.

Hey! By now, I know a lot of you are unboxing and trying on all of your Mesh Around Hunt goodies! If you haven’t started this hunt yet, GET ON IT! You have until the 15th. If you’re still on the hunt, keep your eyes peeled for the blue “M” at Jinx’d, cuz this top is inside!

I cannot show you that photo without also mentioning these amazing jeans from Jane. They are just… like butter. I fatpacked them. They fit perfectly. I wasn’t totally sold on mesh jeans in the beginning, but these jeans have completely changed my mind. Mesh just keeps getting better, and Jane is incredibly talented at it. Her creations are always wonderful.

This hair deserves a huge mention as well. Wasabi Pills released this hair especially for CHIC², CHIC Management’s second birthday event. There’s also a ponytail version that Wasabi Pills has out for Zombie Popcorn. The braids framing the face in both versions are just adorable.
